SPECTRAL INDEX OF PRIMARY FLUX CALIBRATORS
This page shows fluxes of absolute flux calibrators. More detailed information of each date can be found in files called "flux(yyyymmdd)" under the directory (click here). The calibrator names are from J2000 coordinates. For comparison, flux values obtained by other facilities are listed on the top of the table. The letters right of each value indicate planets used for flux derivation (U:Uranus, M:Mars, J:Jupiter). In the case of Noveyama, the values in parentheses present frequencies in GHz. All flux values are in the unit of Jy.
For your information, here is an example of flux calibration procedures.
1. uvcat vis=flux.xxx.mir out=fluxcaldata.mir select=-auto (since 2007 Feb.)
2. uvflag vis=fluxcaldata.mir select="ant(11),time(17:52,19:00)" flagval=flag
More lines of flagging may be required.
For flux calibrators, baselines decorrelated (vector average / amplitude average < 0.75) are flagged.
3. mselfcal vis=fluxcaldata.mir interval=1.0 options=apriori,phase,noscale refant=14 line=chan,1,1,15,15
4. bootflux vis=fluxcaldata.mir taver=5.0 select=source"(3C84,MARS)" primary=MARS line=chan,1,1,15,15
